Since then it hasn't been justified in regards to trading habits of certain people. You think if he buys after this it is Insider Trading?? Have a look at what he did with his 0.01 shares he had and then rebought and funded the $1.2 CR at 0.004. He sold the 0.01 shares because he said he needed money for another deal and then 6 weeks later he suddenly has $1.2M to spend on CR at 0.004. Miraculously in 2-3 months after this the Keast announcement is made and he then says he is the proud majority owner and then low and behold he sells at least 200M of this shares. Just look at the past trading mate - and he is not the only one who has had this trading pattern. And both of these people work as consultants for OVT!
