I agree with binbin and i disagree with danzzeerr.

we will never know the story behind the QIC loan and if we did or did not fullfill conditions precedent. the event that followed was that the management "went around looking for funding" First from 8 million then reduced to 4 million. why is it that 4 million is enough for now and worst still the thought that 4 million is all we could raise. With all the events and milestones, best this ,largest that, global leader, US defense customer,, China banning export etc, what happened to the potential investors?
TGN and Almonty the tungsten landbank stocks who did absolutely nothing this year have the share price outperforming EQR YTD. No, Almonty CEO did a lot of talking, but no digging LOL. expect EQR SP to sink even more upon listing.. And then we will lose more supporters hand over fist.

so the raise is being called. what is very key is who gets to subscribe to the rights. if cornerstone investors like Oaktree or management get most of it, cool. we live. worst case scenario is to give the entire cash call to unscrupulous brokers and scalers who would buy at 4 cents and dump at 4.7 cents.

since the board and management has been touting EQR and Tungsten as best thing since slice bread, would couldnt they collectively form a group and put the money ON THE TABLE instead of raising such a small amount in a totally untransparent manner.

Maybe the rest-of-the -world investors do not share the bullishness of tungsten as a raw material.........
