The vast majority of raising in the junior resources are done at a discount, so I'm not sure why you are so surprised. If you want a bargain G6M are doing below 1c.

No surprises in the actual raising given they knocked back the $20m from QIC. As can be seen in the term sheet, they aren't raising it all from a capital raise, so they might have other funding to go with this CR.

And the noise about leaky boats!!. It would be very easy to investigate the sellers (given there is usually less than 20 trades done per day) and match with the new buyers via the placement.

The video is an interview with STK who is helping with the capital raising. Not sure it says its objective, however the important piece is that he is putting his own $$ in.
