    That’s a big assumption Scottm… Would have been better if the company had just disclosed it. So you’re saying EQR knocked back a loan which they failed to qualify for…

    That’s like me deciding not to buy a house because I failed to meet the requirements of the bank for a home loan. So did I knock back the home loan or did the bank refuse to lend me the money??
