Did you actually read the Square Resources announcement ? Where does EQR say that the $3m con note will "tide" them over?
It doesnt say that at all .
Sure when you add the $3m from Square ( as debt ) and this raise they should have enough money for a while.
$3m Debt + $8 m raised as equity plus possible trade finance through Square sounds like a solid set up for 2025.
Juniors raise money , get over it .
