Whenever a small emerging mining company like EQR announces a CR, all the whingers and whiners (like you) come out of the woodwork and vent their spleens ad nauseam and end up sitting on the sidelines and "not playing the game".

Many to most such companies share prices will invariably slip back to the CR price and below which affords the savvy to get into the market and minimise or eliminate their theoretical dilution based on their own holding quantity - this is called "playing the game"

Or alternatively, as it seems you are likely to do, you could just sit on your hands, whinge and whine and get diluted
