No you did not. You simply came up with a different answer when reading the same information, which is possible because of how EQR has chosen to presented it. Which is one of the most consistent points with them. In this case the confusion can be removed with a simple answer for the company.
As for the 184329 mtu in 2024. I have not reconciled the production as yet, again the don't make it easy. But the answer is obvious. They have again missed there production target. Which is the other most consistent point with the company. I don't think they have hit 1 in the 5 years of production. Which is why they are in the cash flow position they are.
Then for you to be right, recoveries will only average 58% for the 12 month period form November 2024!!!! Hello
The variance is 10's of millions of dollars. Just ask the company. Happy to be corrected.
