When it comes to matters of raising cash you can see the inexperience of management. When it comes to operational matter they are the best in the tungsten industry no doubt. But when it comes to raising cash or getting a loan I think they were too confident that they could get a good price in the market. Initially thought they had a better deal than with the QIC. Now it seems like they are worst. Issuing equity is always more expensive than getting a loan. I really do believe in Kevin and the team in terms of operational matter but this capital raise is a disappointment.
