    Under Gary Philips, the number of company's outstanding shares has increased by 400%, and share prices from mid 30s to the lowest 1.4 cents.
    This unexpected, sneaky, discounted 6 cents CR to his mates (not retail holders) will at least stop the momentum for a while.
    The result, however is encouraging, 5505 really has the potential as the company builder.
