Among those substantial holders, I think BVF is really the long term (held since 2018 at 33.5 cent, on a premium when SP was 30), they even participated a few CR later, although not the last one @ 2 cents, Hashan is another long term one which I don't believe he'll sell for a few bags.
Platinum may not be, they have sold 2 parcels since they started with 19.9%, no one know what's their next move.
Compare with other small cap biotechs, Syntara has very healthy major holders registry, that may help the company ride out of the difficult time. and can provide fund if required.
