I have not seen any news as yet, it may not nessesary be today. A book build is still in progress with the institutions I think..
Looks like this is the case, no doubt the strike price is being settled for the institutions to pay for new shares, which as i said before, in 2007 it was the average of the previous 20 days closing prices. This would be approx $2.40,today if the same process is used.
We are going to miss out on the surge from the Dow.
