They still had shortfall shares from the last raise to place but I guess since its trading well below the last raise price of 3.6c and the 'company' is still selling unmarketable shares via the facility its a tough ask, Hard to get people to invest when the company is going to be the biggest seller on market.
With all that in the background this is going to be somewhere around the 2c mark, another kick in the teeth for loyal holders, but fear not the part time BOD will continue to get paid fulltime rates in line with large income producing, dividend paying companies.
