It would have been far more prudent to not hire additional staff and keep expenditure as low as possible until the funding was secured rather when they hoped it would be secured. The management was too optimistic and has led to a bigger team to feed burning through cash faster. Also, really not sure why they do not pause GA expenditure until all conditions are met for the phosphate project to proceed. Still a long way to go and much risk remains so again too optimistic. They need to get construction right, the last attempt was a circus. Calling a small early works design & construct contract an EPC shows they don't have the basics of construction. Lets hope they have some good advice this time.
