The terms of the current raise are almost the exact same as the previous raise. And that last raise occurred when Minbos was on the brink of insolvency and before the Swf investment and other funding news was announced.
It beggars belief that Lindsay could not negotiate better terms. perhaps he made a gentleman’s agreement with CPS when he negotiated the first deal (which was life and death) to give them another favourable opportunity in return for that lifeline? I really don’t know.
