Well that came out of the blue, with IDC, SWF & BAI we’ll have US$36m that easily covers the $24m capex even with the extra $5m to go to stage 2.
A few thoughts here
Possibly the SWF funds had a stipulation (we were unaware of) the funds could only be used for capex, in which case our funds would be getting low, if that’s the case I’d only expect a small CR to tide us over till the BAI loan is available.
Another possibility, someone friendly wanted a stake in Minbos, eg Carrinho to help with the offtake ??
I know they were very particular as to who that Director option shortfall went to, so can’t see them raising to soph’s when we don’t seem to need the money.
