Sorry, I obviously misunderstood. However there still is the higher cost of a spp. I don't know details but I'd expect it's proportionally much worse for a smaller raise than a larger one of say $30mill where the extra cost is less significant compared to a raise of say around $3mill. The prospectus and ssp documents, printing and mailing costs might be 10% or even 20% of $3mill but only 1 or 2% of $30mill.
