I am just about done with Minbos after investing in them for many years. It is clear that management is not worried about the long-term share price with this level of dilution, especially because of the unnecessary free options. How long will it take now to get over this hangover? Back down to 5c again?
How many shares are on issue after yet another CR+options debacle?
There's no way you can rule out future dud CRs with dud options deals, which in my opinion will weigh on the SP for a long long time now. Management appear to be really good at one thing, initiating CR's at a heavily discounted price, with free options to the mates. Continual dilution is not good for a company. Despite all the recent positive announcements, a week later the company manages to almost immediately lose the trust of investors. I feel my cash will be better off invested elsewhere than this stock.
