It's a tough gig if you are not an insider (brokers favourite and the like)
If costs keep escalating, maybe they just keep raising cash with special offers to insiders with freebie options, then when the shares on issue hit 2 billion plus - do a massive consolidation.
Hopefully there are no stuff ups with the contractor and plant construction. Last effort was a circus.
