Next options are July next year for $3.2m with a 10c strike. CFO and other directors/staff. That will effectively be another small cr at 10c in around seven months to boost whatever they raise on this one.
There are also some expiring in Sep next year which would raise $1mill with a 17c strike price. Construction should be complete by then so they should also be in the money. I don't think we'll have too many complaints if the company raises that one million at 17c.
The 7c options for mid 2026 won't be so popular but they will bring in a further $7mill.
That covers the significant outstanding options.
I'm guessing many existing Top 20 holders are already overweight so I won't be surprised if this cr comes up short. I know I'm going in for less than half of what I did last time and I know another that said he is overweight and not doing any.
A bit pointless guessing how much they raise but if they only raise say $4mill of the 6, that's less dilution so I will be happy with that. $4mill with another 3 or 4 mid next year gets them to $7-8mill. That might cover them until production but if delayed, they could do another small raise of 2 or 3mill mid next year at a much higher sp to make up any shortfall from this one (if there is any).
