    Not really the same as a CR, usually means a single high net worth investor or company.... lets say the name is Creasy for instance or SLR... that would have a significant effect.

    Also unlike a CR these are usually issued (hopefully) at a premium to current market price and the buyer is very unlikely to sell.
    In a CR a significant portion will rollover on a 20% profit.

    But lets see the size and person... just pointing out the potential differences.
