Hello. At worst case, unless the insto strongly wants to buy in, if MTM desire the money more, then $50M market cap will probably be the benchmark. Therefore raising $10M at 9.6 cents will result in a market cap of $50M. Personally, I cannot imagine the capital raising being in the 9 cent range. That would be too much of a discount. It would be ridiculous. This said I am not following MTM closely but i recall it will be some time before the pilot/demonstration plant. The plant plays a pivotal role in MTM’s pathway towards commercial operations, with procurement set to begin in Q1 2025 and commercial operations targeted for Q4 2025.
