Hello. No. It sounds like a strategic investor. We cannot tell what the price will be. Strategic investors are not the VWAP market. Either Either they'll want a large position at a good price or they buy at a premium.
RIO bought into SVM at a premium but SVM already proved up their resource.
SQM bought into AZS at the market price (a tiny premium).
But MTM is a development company therefore i guess the strategic investor has more power.
But 9 cents sounds way too low for me. MTM could simply tap the sophisticated investors market at a higher price than 9 cents.
