You can't find, read or analyse a Annual Report. So how would you know if the company is pissing money away? I doubt you even participate in any of the CRs, so it ain't your money they're "wasting."
Anyway, you clearly don't understand the purpose of a stock exchange.
Here's an idea. If you're an unhappy shareholder. DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! Oh wait, you can't. Because you don't have stones or the intelligence to do anything about it.
