Yes, unfortunately it seems that Novitas cannot get away from its default position and still has a negative attitude to the PEB tests despite the considerable support that the tests have from important urology experts and organizations.
There is a slight glimmer of hope IMHO. The request from PEB to **promotion blocked** for the Trading Halt did indicate that the Novitas determination documentation would be studied carefully over the weekend and that there would also be contact with the US legal people for advice.

I would think that could indicate that PEB might consider a legal challenge to the Novitas determination. If I remember correctly I think it is one further avenue that PEB has the right to explore (but I need to check back on that).

If that is correct and PEB does decide to challenge the determination then that will take more months of preparations and hearings and further deliberations before the outcome is known. Again, if I recall correctly, I think that would mean that the tests during that period would still receive full payment from Novitas.
If only somehow the blinkers on Novitas's vision could be removed forthwith then that would remove this hindrance to the share price.

Monday will tell us what further can be done.
