Yes I think you are right. It will certainly drop back as the news will definitely be viewed very negatively. However, it may also depend on what announcement PEB management produce when they lift the trading halt. If they can note any positives and indicate a strategy to go forward and perhaps mount a legal challenge then that could soften the blow.
