    Announcement states the halt is pending a Western Australian government grant.
    Yes, it does appear that it is a new grant. Hopefully it will be for the remainder of what is needed to build the micronising plant in Collie.

    I haven’t been able to pinpoint any grants due for announcement around this time but am limited to searching via my iPad until this evening.
