I still don't understand why they have that sales bonus pool. If they wanted to be rewarded they need to take the same risks as ordinary shareholders and buy on market..At least they still get paid by the shareholders for the 6figure part time incomes. We may need to look at voting against that resolution at next AGM. If they walk well be it ..I'm sure there are plenty of cluey IT guys out there..
