if you were around at the successful completion of Pl4 you would obviously remember seeing DM’s video announcing how successful it was and there will be no further Credit Raises! His words! Oh the options were converting fast.
Furthermore, who in their right mind would announce a Credit Raise abruptly just before Christmas: and it was set at 6.5 cents and then reduced to 5.5 cents and then pulled! And now they have a CR at 3.6 cents. Was this deliberate or just a stupid mistake?
As I said earlier, they should have waited till the pl5 was finished and on any good news from that base your CR. We would been sitting around 10 cents a share. With the positive news the share price creeps up further then seek the CR. Less dilution!
Simply put: a double hit. A dramatic devaluing of the share price along with a CR literally cut in half from original set price if it is set at 3.6 cents. Work it out.
