I knew there had to be an agreement that the JEDA would make a decision prior to Feb 7 to enable the vacating of the Order by Asset.
And now they have made their decision.....As Ed says:
"The Joint Authority refused the applications for reasons of public interest, concerns about the applicants’ estimate of the cost of works and their ability to raise the necessary capital to fund the proposed works."
IMO - (as I have not seen the details but taking the words from ED) - The same reasons as per Scummbo (without the Force Majeure).... and it took nearly 2 years to come up with the same reason!?!?
So... time for Asset and lawyers to take up the fight and move to WHATEVER the next stage is... Are there grounds for appeal??.. are there grounds for Bias?? Are there grounds for whatever reasons allowed under the LAW to be able to take this back to Court. My other question is:
Is it a decision in accordance with the law??????????
AND F the election... Asset has 2 months................... GET A MOVE ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
