I can only delve into my past experiences with this stock to say that the reasons given should be pretty easily dismantled by any reasonable lawyer.

Public interest in of itself is not enough to warrant denial so Ed has wrapped it up in amongst financials.

Advent through BPH has proven on multiple occasions that they have the ability to raise capital. The extent of the capital raising would be significantly advanced by an approval to the permit. No other exploration company is held to the financial rigours of having to have capital on hand to satisfy its drill. This is because until the time the permit is approved coatings for drilling would only be hypothetical.

Approval would facilitate proper costings as well as introduce the potential for possible JV partnerships. So again this reason is flimsy at best.

In reality Ed has taken 3 years to come up with pretty much the same reasons scomo had. Whilst those reasons were never tested in court due to Scomos apprehend bias I think you’ll find by the end of the weekend that the ALP also have significant bias issues to deal with.

Therefore IMO this never sees the inside of a court room and is simply a political tactic aimed at allowing the ALP to say they kept their promise during the upcoming election.

It may provide some possible short term sp negative sentiment however JM has reported that DB has already indicated we are off back to court so hopefully the short term price stabilises and we move on to the big show.
