The ALP were never going to approve and on Sunday I will post the evidence why.
Therefore, the only two potential outcomes before the election were (a) refusal, or (b) no action.
No action means we would have had to wait for the election outcome or a resumption of the current court case (which is now redundant). Lots of time wasted.
With the decision having been made, we can skip straight to a new court case and get the decision reversed. More on that on Sunday.
