I expect the gold price and cost of production (inflated US Ponzi $) to increase so the longer PAN delays processing of ERM's ore,

the greater the royalty payment from both increases.

I am disappointed that the ERM shareholders were not first offered shares @ $0.055 say 1:4 per holding.
