I see the placement and the JV as a positive move by the company. Look, it's still a long shot - but if AI is the new electricity, then a small team can build something game-changing with the right tech stack. They have a couple of WiseTech veterans on board who know the business inside out, and their cost to execute is 100x less than the legacy giants. In the next 12 months, they need to connect Au/NZ customs to a working release of Mosaic and attract a few small disgruntled forwarders to prove the concept. If they can do it, then they have a chance...
