Well, that was quite obvious, it was needed before they got a please explain by the ASX before the Quarterly Report as they were likely under the minimum available cash threshold. Luckily for the company there was a decent amount of newsflow in the past fortnight to keep the share price high, so the dilution should be minimal. The 5-day average would be around 6c. If it was done a month ago it is a different story and much lower. Well done management! I am expecting a raise at a 10% discount around 5.4c.
