It's probable that the estimates of a discount will be the reality, but MEU have such a strong story on gold alone now that they should be able to raise at little or no discount. The uranium and titanium are bonuses which add considerable value to the gold.
As a long term holder, if there is a significant discount, I won't be happy that current holders weren't offered the same deal.
