Raising money before the drills are in.
Go figure.
They are cashing in on the bird in the hand, the speculation of anticipation of good drills, than gambling on having to raise coin, on bad drills.
It is a wise move for longevity. A bad drill would collapse the price, and the dilution of cr then terrible.
Doing it now, is a hedge. But it certainly says that they are considering the potential either way. What happens on good drills, and what happens on bad drills. There is a number on the dice that is being rolled.
