All I can say Is Alterity have probably had deals coming from left, right and centre.
If big pharma's we're trying to short change the company and its respective shareholders I would like to think that they would beat them away with a big stick and say offer more.
the science has proven results and a potential multi billion dollar market if someone came in offering $150 million and 45% take on sales it would be a no deal.
if someone offered $1.5 billion with a 25% take on sales for 434 once approved and to be involved in all future R&D with 15% on all sales of all approved drugs afterwards that is a sweet deal.
it would be a win win situation but still has risks involved for that company.
just my thoughts on any potential deals that could be made in the future.
