my guess ATH management need to do it now as BNYMC owns more than approx. 40% of ATH.... and BNYMC might be a custodian for big pharmaceutical company or any predator company.... management might be scared if this is a predator company increased it shareholding to more than 50%... the capital raising of about approx more than 40% of ATH, that is, adding 40% more shares of ATH signals ATH management would not accept any takeover of ATH at these low share price?
