If they had a partner in sight, they wouldn’t need to raise that much… IMO $40m won’t be enough for them to get through phase 3… they need at least $100m assuming minimal delays.
Looks like they will start the phase 3 and hope they can either raise the rest at a higher price or get a partner… on my radar for a sub 1.0c entry….
