Fwiw Tanybryn, I'm also disappointed in the timing of the capital raise. As soon as I saw the price sensitive alert on my screen I suspected a capital raise, and it is. I think managements will try to do the right thing by existing holders. They raised 4.8 million 22/11/23 from existing shareholders only, at .0035 with a bucket load of free options. I believe this was an attempt to do the right thing. Although it's only the right thing if results are successful. Three months later 23/2/24 there was a 3.25 million raise to institutions in what seems like they weren't happy on missing out and wanted a similar deal. That may have been when MST became a top twenty holder. So it seems institutions have a say. I don't know the full details of the raise yet, is 20 mill institution and 20 mill existing?
