Your post reads like you wasn't expecting a CR at this point in time. Everyone knew....shareholders, "professional and sophisticated investors", mum and dad investors, heck, even I knew a CR was coming soon after the release of the Phase 2 data readout as far back as about 6 months ago, and I'm generally the last to know.
I think you may need to pay a bit more attention in the future if you are going to hold shares in Alterity.
