$40m raise at today's $66m MC is pretty hefty. Assuming it is raised at the $0.01 mark, SOI will basically increase 72% up to 9.5bn.
i assume they've raised for the long haul, with current cash levels at around $12m (incl US raise $2m and R&D rebate later for $5.7m). Personally not reading into what that signals for partnerships and hoping it's just worst case scenario.
