If pharmaceutical companies with billions up their sleeve are tripping over themselves to be a partner, you then dont go and sell half your company for a mere $40 million. Anyone with a shred of sense can see that.
Bills being paid doesnt require $40 mill, like I said in my post, a small raise would have been suffice to keep the ball rolling as they fielding offers, not selling half the company for $40 mill.
