I'd say the money from this raise has already been made by last Thursday's Nasdaq trade.
Company did the Monday ATM thing so it didn't look suspicious, so don't see too much share dumping as a new class of bag holder has already created on the Nasdaq and the big insto have made their coin by covering the short today.
