It is not too bad and not too much discount. If we have 40 million in bank, what we can achieve with that kind of money? This kind of capital will make sure that we are ready to the next step. MSB did a massive capital raise at 30 cent (when it was in similar situation to us - not much money in the bank and good result but not approval)-- see what happen to it after that.. Also, this will make sure that we are miles away from being broken if worst thing happen in future. Also, no more CR and moving upwards is the only option left after that..
