Itsagas just post information thats just plain wrong and you post it as if its a fact, dilution does not increase the market cap.
The market cap will only increase IF the share price stays the same, now we will see what happens when ATH resumes trading.
Dilution means your shares arent worth as much of the company after the raise. Before the raise there were 5.49 bill shares on issue, meaning 5.49 bill shares was 100% of the company, after this raise (assuming $40 mill at 1.1cent) then 5.49 bill shares will be only 60% of the company, ie each share you own now is worth 40% less of the company.
Im a big believer in ATH long term, just dissapointed , they had to get money one way or the other whether it was partnership, cap raise, etc, my dissapointment is with all the work done and the company de-risked substantially , and if we are sitting on a drug with potential revenue streams in the billions annually, I would have been thinking we could of got a lot better deal done than financing the company at a valuation of $100 mill.
