Tiger Gold Corp are nervous about missing out on getting a super cheap 2.6Moz so have removed the conditions of sale.

One's been met (legal opinion on the good standing of the tenements), and the other dropped (the audited accounts for the Colombian LCL subsidiaries...even though LCL will still give it to them) they're not a "condition precedent" anymore...

So, the shareholder vote is going to be key and it sounds like there's a fly in the ointment...no wonder giving 2.6Moz away so bloody cheaply.

The Tiger deal was one of three options the LCL board had.

The LCL board should make public what the two other options that on the table were!!
