Strange is not the word, maybe weird, or maybe a motive behind the madness?
"No samples have been sent to the laboratory. The first samples from the Abercromby drill programme are scheduled to be submitted to an external laboratory for assay analysis early next week. There has been a delay in cutting and sampling the diamond drill core from the programme. Only the drill core from one drill hole, ID 24ABDD001, has been cut to date. Cutting of the other two drill holes completed in December 2024 is expected to be finalised over the next two weeks, following which samples will be prepared for submission to the laboratory"
So, they have been admiring the drill cores for about 8 weeks already!!
"Drilling was completed at Abercromby on 17 December 2024."
Just a random unsubstantiated thought, but could they be delaying until the MI6 / Bullabulling acquisition (next door) details are clearer, including what the MI6 market cap will look like? Or just delaying to piggyback on that?
Can't see how a suspension won't follow the halt. By what they have written above it will probably be about 4 weeks before the results are released.
