    Be patient. This is a huge deal with a lot of negotiations and 90 days is a relatively short period of time. Even if there is an extension to the MOU, I would consider that a positive.
    And don't worry about past history here, we have a very different calibre of ppl in control now ... Paul Berend especially a positive.
