    Yeah, I think Vale would have come up with the 90 day period. If so, then that should be enough time to decide if they wish to proceed or not.

    We don’t have a clue what communication went on between Cyclone and Vale during the term of the MoU, but I’m sure there was some dialogue. Should there be some variation to the original terms, then that may have already been sorted out to the satisfaction of both parties.
